 Here and there in New York City there are memorials to bicyclists who died in a traffic accident, and they're often in the form of a bike painted white. A sign above this one reads "Donna Goodson / Age 41 Years Old / Killed By Truck / June 5, 2006." I suspect the flowers were left on the anniversary; I shot this on June 14. Rockaway Boulevard, Canarsie. Brooklyn, NY.
