 This is 5 Pointz, in Long Island City. It's full of artists studios, and there are a few print shops in there too. Notice how half of the staircase is missing? It collapsed under a tenant as she was walking down it, and concrete fell on her as she lay on the ground below. This happened a couple weeks ago, and she's still in the hospital. Queens.
