"I don't know how to turn the car alarm off!" this woman screamed back. At this point this car alarm had been going for about a half hour or more, based on the time stamps of my photos. I think it actually wasn't her car; I gathered she was helping a friend move stuff out, carried down the first load, set the alarm off, and could neither leave the first load nor get her friend to come downstairs. That's how I saw it. Broadway, at Franklin Street. Tribeca, Manhattan. Oh and by the way: my shutter speeds were pretty abysmal today, with temps in the low 20's.
