There were considerable efforts to clean up the graffiti visible from the High Line Park, and attempts were made to get rid of this Revs roller. Not sure why it remains, if it was outcry or what. But they certainly dulled it, as you can tell from this earlier shot. Chelsea, Manhattan. And in Revs.
